We Pay for Your Shipping on all orders over $200 to Canada & the continental US at MaryClaris Hair Extensions!

You don’t have to do anything special to receive absolutely FREE shipping, it is automatic! No matter where you live in Canada and the US the price you see is the price you pay!

Shipping FAQ

How long will my hair extension product take to ship?
It generally takes 24 to 72 hours to process your order before it ships and depending on your shipping address, it can take between 7 to 10 days for domestic orders, and up to 3 weeks for international orders.

Where will my hair extension product be shipped from?
All hair extension products are shipped from Canada.

Do you offer faster delivery than ground shipping?
Yes. If you need expedited shipping please send an email with your shipping address, the item(s) you are interested in and the time frame you need to receive them to shipping@maryclaris.com. We will check stock and email you a shipping quote along with ordering options.

What if my hair extensions product is not in stock when I order?
If your order is out of stock we will let you know what the estimated waiting time will be. You are welcome to check the availability of any item by emailing us at stock@maryclaris.com. Please include the item name and size in your email.

What is your return policy?
