Returns Policy
Returns are gladly accepted within 10 business days of receipt.
Returns – The customer is responsible for return shipping but there are no other fees. A lot of other stores charge a restocking fee for returns, MaryClaris Hair Extensions does not so you can shop with confidence. No Restocking fee!
- Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions.
- Hair Extensions must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credit will be given for damaged returns. Damages include water marks, loose threads, pulls in the hair extensions, stains, burns and odors. Hair extensions are hygiene items and quality is our hallmark so hair extensions must be in the same condition as shipped out.
- No exchanges/returns on Sale and Clearance items
If you receive your hair extensions and they are damaged in any way, you have 5 days to contact us to report it. If reported beyond 5 days after delivery, the assumption is made that the item was damaged after it was delivered and we cannot replace it. If you need to return an item please use our Live Support Link or fill out the form below. You will be issued an RMA and instructions on how to send your Hair Extension back to us.
